Hunter Smith is a stand-up comedian, writer, and one of the most exciting new voices in comedy.

 

By day, he’s a writer and producer behind some of Australia’s biggest TV shows — including a five-year stint as Head Writer at Network Ten’s The Project and with comedy legends Glenn Robbins & Mick Molloy on Channel 7's Celebrity Intervention.

Online, Hunter is a well-regarded comedy creator where his videos rack up millions of views each month, and his character “Melbourne Mum” has been a huge hit with the Gorman set.

 

A regular on the airwaves, Hunter has appeared on ABC Radio, Triple M, Fox FM, and Triple J. In print, his work has been published in The Age, Mamamia, and, perhaps most prestigiously, LADbible.

 

Offstage, Hunter lives in Melbourne with his husband and has two delightful children, and one attention-seeking cat.
